I just finished day 2 of level 2. Holy crap I am worn out. My arms feel like jello, my quads are sore as heck and I'm pretty sure part of my abdominal muscles want to die. Other than that I'm feeling great! I know I'm sore now but in a few days it will begin to let up, and then I can focus doing more of the advanced moves. Those plank exercises are difficult!
