Yesterday was the first day I actually felt ok but I decided to take it easy and make sure.  :)  Today I got day 6 of the Shred in and I went to the gym and did 2 miles on the elliptical.  I feel so much better!  And I'm definitely happier.  :D

I forgot to post my measurement results so far.  I took them on day 5 because technically, that was 10 days of doing the Shred (even though they were spread out over 2 weeks) and I wanted to see if I had gotten any results yet.

so yay!  While I haven't lost a bunch of weight yet, I've lost inches!  I'm completely happy with that!

it's good that you're keeping track of your measurements as well as weight! i know many people who don't lose weight on the 30-day shred. i lost 14lb in 6 weeks (of doing all level 1 b/c i'm a chicken!), but i ended up losing over 5 inches off of my waist.

you're doing awesome!!!
