Sick, sick, sick.

I'm still feeling like poo.  I started to try the workout last night but I honestly didn't want to push my weakened body any more than I had done already.  I feel good because I did get 2 miles in yesterday morning before I got sick, but I'm still pretty crappy today so I'm skipping any workout.  I hope to feel better tomorrow so that I can pick back up for day 6 of the Shred.
