I'm feeling pretty good today! I ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill today and then did 2.3 miles on the elliptical, changing my resistance/incline every 4 minutes. It said I burned 300 calories on the elliptical and 178 on the treadmill. yay! Also did level 2 of the Shred today. I can't wait to check out level 3 in two days!

Thanks for following my blog Aimee! I find your blog fascinating and very motivational! I have gained 6o lbs in the last 6 years and am struggling to take if off. I think I will give the 30 day shred a try. Good luck with your weight loss efforts.
