Day 6: 30 Day Shred

Wellll I'm a bum.  I didn't work out this weekend and I pretty much killed my diet by drinking a little on Saturday night.  boo. 

So I slipped up but I'm back on track for today!  Got my workout and I've eaten healthy so far today.  :)  I promise to do better this week and stick to it!  I've got to stay on track!
